Walnut Garth is a self-catering holiday cottage set in the grounds of the owners property at the edge of Swinton village, yet close to an excellent selection of local amenities and attractions. We have created a home from home so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full. 

Set in the heart of Ryedale and the Howardian Hills, this two bedroom bungalow is furnished to a high standard. It is tastefully decorated in a modern style with a host of features designed with your comfort in mind. 

Smoking is not permitted within the property but we have provided an ash can within the rear covered porch. 

With mobility M1 rating we offer a variety of aids to enable the less mobile visitor. Several pieces of equipment are available for the infant and toddler. Child minder services can be provided by arrangement. 

Not forgetting the fit and able (assuming you have energy to spare after a days sight-seeing), we provide a mini gym with four large pieces of equipment and a few smaller items. There is a necessary age restriction on equipment use. Please press the Pictures link for more information. 

Maximum occupancy is FOUR and one infant. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles. 

Facilities are available for one or two well behaved dogs with responsible owners. Dogs must not be given access to bedrooms or left unattended for extended periods. Owners are requested to clear dog fouling from the gardens and orchard. There is easy access to fields at the rear of the cottage and many lovely walks.
