Justin North was an early pioneer of the gourmet burger in Sydney, and he has continued this legacy with The Burger Shed, a casual yet polished eatery in Mosman, on the North Shore. The menu, expectedly, comprises mainly burgers, with the usual sides of salad, chips and stand outs including charred corn with lime and chilli. Go for a waygu or ‘federation' lamb burger with pickled beetroot, or, for the burger averse, there are fish tacos and chicken tortillas. Gluten-free bread or a pattie sans bun aint' a problem – you can tell North knows the Sydney burger scene.
