Nestled in the leafy suburb of Summer Hill, Vernon's Bar is owned by the same team as the much loved One Penny Red and is located in the same historic building. It is the architect Walter Vernon who constructed the once operating post office that inspired the name of the bar. Offering a small menu of classic favourites like the nine-hour ribs, there is a long and inventive range of wines to be sampled and quirky cocktail combinations. Vernon is cheeky, dapper and chill.
