Chipman Hill Suites is a unique collection of ten charming properties located in the historic uptown area of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada’s First City. Saint John is noted for its historic buildings, great restaurants, excellent shopping and friendly people who enjoy helping tourists to find their way around.
Saint John is a very walkable city. From any of the Chipman Hill Suites buildings, you may walk to the Imperial Theatre, Saint John City Market, Canada Games Aquatic Centre, Harbour Station, uptown tourist attractions, the new cruise terminals, many restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping and entertainment venues.
Saint John is located on the Bay of Fundy and within easy driving distance for day trips to the Fundy Trail, Whale Watching, and other tourism venues. Ask us to help you plan your Bay of Fundy vacation with Saint John as your base of operations!
Chipman Hill Suites offers nightly accommodations as well as extended stay executive apartments. Our rates are usually lower than other accommodation establishments in the City Centre (including Bed and Breakfasts, as well as hotels). In addition, we offer free wireless internet and free onsite laundry facilities in all our buildings. Although we serve no meals, all our suites have a fully equipped kitchenette, and the City Market and plenty of fabulous restaurants are within a short walk.
Our beautiful buildings have many special features including historic plaster mouldings, fabulous wood carvings and stained glass windows. All our suites are unique, we have no “cookie cutter” rooms. We have suites of all sizes from the bachelor suites to three bedroom with three bathrooms and a grand piano!
All of our buildings and suites are totally non-smoking.
Nightly Accommodation includes daily maid service, free wireless high speed internet, beautiful Bath and Body Works amenities, fluffy towels and luxurious beds with piles of pillows!
All suites have a private ensuite bathroom and many have a whirlpool or airpool tub. All suites have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. All buildings have free onsite laundry facilities, including washer, dryer, iron ,ironing board and detergent. All buildings and suites are totally non-smoking.Rates for nightly accommodation with one bed, (double to king) for one or two persons ranges from $85 to $155 (except penthouse and similar suites which are higher.)

Hospital Accommodation is offered at very special rates for hospital out-patients receiving chemotherapy or radiation etc., or families of hospital in-patients.
