Welcome to the Village Limits Country Pub, Restaurant and Motel. We are a friendly, relaxed B&B in Woodhall Spa with a small pub & restaurant attached.

We have 8 newly refurbished twin bedrooms en-suite. The bedrooms are all ground floor rooms in a separate building to the Bar and Restaurant and offer a comfortable nights rest. Each room has it’s own entrance and is furnished to a high standard including 2 single beds with high quality Sealy mattresses, Freeview TV, WiFi, Hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. In the bathrooms we offer a bath (except room 4) with a powerful shower over each bath along with aselection of Scottish Fine Soaps Sea Kelp toiletries.

In Feb 2014 we were Runners Up in the Select Lincolnshire Best Restaurant Category and Runners up in the Select Lincolnshire People’s Choice

Award
In June 2013 we retained our Visit Britain Silver Award and Breakfast Award.
In Feb 2012 we won Taste of Lincolnshire Best Hotel, a category we have now won 4 times, and been runners up twice in the last six years.

One of our rooms is adapted for people with reduced mobility please mention at the time of booking if you require this room (room 4).

All rooms are non-smoking and we do not accept pets except for guide dogs.
