This upscale hotel, occupying a stately 1870s home, is 8 minutes' walk from Centennial Park and 4.3 km from Bondi Beach. The bright rooms retain many of its original period details feature antique furniture and art. They come with room service, free Wi-Fi and flat-screens. Unique elements in individual rooms include 4-poster beds, quilted headboards and fireplaces. A suite adds a whirlpool bath and a balcony.

The Cosy
The most basic accommodation we offer is our Cosy Double Room. The Cosy has a double-sized bed and is ideal for business people or the budget traveller who just needs a place to rest their head.
The Standard
The Standard Room has a queen-sized bed. It is our most popular room type, a good size for two guests staying comfortably.
The Standard Plus
The Standard Plus Room is the second-largest room and can be configured with either a king bed or twin beds. (Requests will need to be made directly to the hotel for extra persons in the room).
The Queen: Pet-Friendly
The Queen is our pet-friendly room. It has a queen-sized bed and is a good size for two guests and your pet staying comfortably.
The Deluxe
Our largest and best rooms are the Deluxe suites. These suites have a king-sized bed with a lounge or small sitting areas. Some Deluxe rooms feature a bathtub. Deluxe suites can accommodate up to 3-4 people. (Requests will need to be made directly to the hotel for extra persons in the room).
The Manor Suite
The Manor is the biggest of the Deluxe rooms. It was the main bedroom of the original house built by Frederick Quaife. It has a large sitting area, King size bed, balcony overlooking Queen street and a spa bath.
The Family Room
The Gatehouse is our family room. It has a small sitting area, an ensuite bathroom and two separate bedrooms. The bedrooms feature a King bed in the main bedroom and two twin singles in the smaller bedroom. The Gatehouse also features a small kitchenette.
