GAIJIN’s menu is inspired by executive chef Toar Christopher, a proprietor of a modern Japanese restaurant chain in Asia. He started a career as a sushi chef by working in various Japanese kitchens in the United States, and at the same time was trained by a number of celebrity chefs, including Shigeo Yamane who first turned Christopher as a sushi chef.
