Located in the heart of East Melbourne, Geppetto Trattoria serves up simple, rustic dishes with a particular focus on pasta, seafood, and slow-cooked meals. Conveniently located across the road from the MCG and the Melbourne Sporting and Entertainment Precinct, Geppetto Trattoria is the perfect place for a pre-match or pre-concert meal. In 1981, Nino Cea opened Geppetto Trattoria with the vision to create an unpretentious eatery that focused on Italian home-style cooking. This idea was inspired by those eateries found in his hometown region of Puglia in Italy.
